I love Dr. Jeff and his staff. As an adult who needed braces, I was extremely nervous about finding an orthodonist. I accidentally clicked on the link to Noble Orthodontics and I am so happy that I did. They have always gave me amazing customer service, been willing to work around my somewhat hectic schedule, and give us amazing homemade chocolate chip cookies!!! Dr. Jeff is so professional and patient. His gentle spirit is so kind and welcoming. He is very knowledable and is always willing to answer my questions. Dr. Jeff is also very attentive and makes sure your needs are met. Ana at the front desk is so efficient. She makes scheduling easy and she is always so kind. I also really love Valerie. She is sweet and so fun to talk too. She is very wise and does her job very well. The office is so clean and beautiful. Everything is so modern and in place. I tell all of my friends "it looks like it fell right out of a magazine." The staff takes a lot of pride in this place and it shows. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
Hey Ana, I was just winding down for the night and you popped into my head. I just wanted to say thank you for always being so incredibly kind. From day 1 and our first interaction you’ve always been so polite. Dr. Berndt is fantastic, with that being said, I hope he also knows what an incredible addition and asset you are to that practice. You know I’ve been in dental for what seems like eternity now, and in my humble opinion, the voice of every practice is ALWAYS the front office…and that’s you. I can’t thank dr jeff and the whole team at Noble Orthodontic. I was hooked from the moment I smelled the home baked chocolate chip cookies. They are amazing but that’s not the only reason. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. Dr.Jeff has perfected great southern hospitality and the office is new and beautiful. The comfort of the waiting room is top notch. This is the best orthodontist practice I have been to. Dr. Berndt is kind, compassionate and listens. He offers all options and does not push unnecessary treatments.
